If you’re entered the Ironman 70.3 Durban, this is your chance to test the waters and prepare properly for race day by doing a recce of the swim route. Included in your entry is a workshop on 2 May, where you’ll learn from the best and will be able to ask any questions you may have. You’ll also get a custom swimming cap to compete in on the day plus a finisher’s medal and brekkie roll when you’re done.
